I am extremely pleased with the purchase of my Rolex GMT II. Not knowing when or if I could get a new one from an authorized dealer I proceeded to investigate reputable luxury watch resellers. Swiss Watch Expo has an extensive inventory of fine luxury watches and an established store with needed support personnel. Trust is built and earned and with such an expensive price I was very cautious about spending so much money. However, after viewing various Rolex watches by a SWE representative I decided to proceed with my purchase. It’s been two weeks since receiving my watch and after setting the time it has been dead on with the time. There is not a scratch anywhere on my beautiful time piece or bracelet. I also own a nice dress datejust and this sport watch adds to my collection..

Having worn a Rolex Datejust 36 for the last 20 years, I was looking at renewing my watch collection with something that would give me the same premium feel while being more unique and different. I therefore spent a few weeks on the 'net comparing brands and models. Even as a first impression, TimeLuxury& CO Web site struck me as the most user-friendly as well as the one exuding the kind of elegance and sleek design that harmonizes with the product. After a few weeks, then, I had settled on three "finalists"--a steel and yellow gold Rolex Datejust Turn-O-Matic, an all-steel Cartier Ballon Bleu, and a truly unique Cartier Calibre featuring a brown dial and rose-gold bezel and bracelet-links. Which one to choose? I live three states away from Georgia, so a quick in-person visit was out of the question. So I decided to call TimeLuxury to pick their brains and perhaps get them to help me make a decision. The gentleman I spoke to, by the name of Ro, was quick to pull out the three watches in question and offer a Zoom call so that I could see them and learn more about them as well as the store. The Zoom call was quickly set up and Ro took me on a virtual tour of the shop. It's a super well organized outfit right out of a Bond movie--with a Web and photo department (which explains the excellence of their online presentation), a repair shop, a sales area, etc. Very impressive. Then Ro showed me the three models and upon some back and forth, I decided that the Cartier Calibre was my favorite. A couple key-strokes on their Web site, and I was able to order it the morning after, with the additional option of overnight shipping (a mere $50 extra). That was yesterday. Today, sure enough, I received my watch at 12 noon on the nose, and I couldn't be more pleased. The watch ships very securely, with triple packaging, in its box and with a red band around the bracelet--which allows you (as long as you don't remove it) to return the watch within 10 days if you so wish. As Ro had predicted, I have kept the watch and from now on it's going to be part of my signature look. Thank you TimeLuxury and thank you Ro for your excellent service. You have gained a loyal repeat customer.
